Solihull property agency DM & Co. has undergone a rebrand to reflect the major growth of the business since it was founded by managing director Dominic Murphy nine years ago.

DM & Co. Homes is a local, independent estate agent covering Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Lapworth, Tanworth-in-Arden and the surrounding areas.

Dominic Murphy said: “We have grown out of the original, sales-focused, residential property agency into a multi-faceted property business encompassing Residential Sales including our Premium and Discreet Off-Market service, and new and growing divisions including Land, New Homes, Lettings & Property Management.”

The company has traditional high street offices at The Forest Shopping Centre, Station Road in Dorridge and a 20+ team based at its Head Offices at The Pavilions, Cranmore Drive in Solihull, along with a recently launched Land and New Homes division that is growing rapidly.

Murphy said: “Our growth has been down to major investments – in staff, technology and training.

“I am supported by sales director Lisa Smith, head of Premium Kathy Griffiths, Solihull sales manager Peter Faithful, Chris Evans, land & new homes, and Gabrielle Argue, head of lettings and property management.

“We have introduced a number of market leading initiatives including our Zero Week sales agreement, and the Landlords Club, which we have grown (to 400) from a virtually standing start.”

Overall staff numbers since 2013 have grown from 3 to 32.

He said the refresh of the brand after eight years was intended to reflect the growth of the business.

“The change is very subtle to the brand as a whole but we have created a textured depth and additional colours for each department. They are also fully reflective so our marketing will now shine 24 hours a day!”

Last year, the company sold 367 homes across Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge and the surrounding areas in just 12 months – up 85% on 2020.

And in the first six months this year, DM & Co. Homes has continued to forge ahead, with 387 sales agreed and becoming the specialist land consultant of choice for a number of developers in Solihull and north Warwickshire.
