High performing staff promoted as Nicol & Co welcomes new starters

An increasingly busy property market in Worcestershire has seen leading regional agency Nicol & Co announce the promotions of four high-performing staff and welcome four new starters.

Chloe Faizey has been promoted from senior sales progressor to office manager in Nicol & Co’s Droitwich office, and Maxine Holder-Davies has been promoted from property manager to senior property manager in the company’s lettings team.

Meanwhile, in the Malvern office, Ellie Stallard has been promoted from valuations manager to sales and valuation manager, and Lauren Davies has been promoted from sales specialist to senior sales consultant.

Matt Nicol, managing director of Nicol & Co, which has offices in Droitwich, Malvern and Worcester, said: “I’m excited to announce these well-deserved promotions which recognise the incredible energy and dedication that Chloe, Maxine, Ellie and Lauren have all put into their roles.

“With the high quality of our customer service being so critical to Nicol & Co, it’s great to have so many staff who are both likeable and influential.

“This means they can easily build the right relationships with clients that result in our successful sales and lettings operations.

“Good staff are hard to find, and so when we have what I would describe as great staff it’s important to make sure we are continuously developing their careers so that they plan their futures with Nicol & Co.”

New starters include Millie Nokes, who joins Nicol & Co as a sales specialist in the Droitwich office, bringing a background in sales, social media marketing and customer service as she makes the move into property.

Also joining Nicol & Co are Lauren Griffiths as junior estate agent and Isaam Mohammed as junior property manager in lettings, both at the Droitwich office, and Harvey Lindsay-Veal as trainee estate agent in the Malvern office.

Lauren, Isaam and Harvey are all on training programmes and will be studying alongside their roles with The Able Agent, independent specialists in estate agency training.

Mr Nicol added: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Millie, Lauren, Isaam and Harvey to our team and look forward to watching them progress in their careers.

“Our focused developments of existing staff and our recruitment of new starters is all about keeping Nicol & Co fully resourced to meet a challenging but excitingly busy 2024.

“Inflation rates are now starting to show healthy signs of falling which should lead to an expected drop in mortgage interest rates later this year.

“This should result in an upsurge in demand and we are determined to be ready to make sure that all our customers continue to receive the best possible service.”
