Seven luxury homes developed from what was originally a Victorian property in a much sought-after Birmingham estate have been sold for nearly £3 million in total, thanks to Davidson Estates.

The leading estate agency has fully completed on the deals for the two one-bedroomed and four two-bedroomed apartments, along with one two-bedroom townhouse in Ferndale House, on the Calthorpe Estate in Edgbaston.
