A residential developer has asked Principle Estate Management to look after an exclusive development of luxury apartments in Solihull.

The new contract from Calm Homes is to manage its exclusive development of six high quality apartments at Fairway Lawns, in the popular area of Dove House Lane.

Solihull continues to be a huge growth area for Principle which had already secured 144 units across two separate schemes in April at Barley Green and Pinewood.

Joe Jobson, a director at Principle, said: “We’re delighted to have been commissioned to look after this high-spec development at Fairway Lawns, which are all good-sized properties with three bedrooms that command stunning views over Olton Golf Course.
