Princes Gate residents set to enjoy first Christmas in their new homes
Double celebrations are due at Elevate Property Group’s prestigious Prince Gate development in Solihull.
The developers have announced that Phase 2, Royal House, has been completed and the first residents are moving in.
The first phase of Princes Gate, Consort House, sold out earlier this year, and Royal House is now 55% sold.
And to celebrate the festive season, Elevate Property Group has erected a 20 foot Christmas tree with a 1,000 sparkling lights, which will be launched on Thursday 28 November at a special “meet and greet” party with mulled wine and mince pies arranged by the developers and property agents Smart Homes for interested prospective buyers and the new owners set to move in.
Princes Gate has been one of Elevate Property Group’s most prestigious projects, taking the former HMRC offices in Solihull and reimagining them as luxury apartments.
Sales and marketing director David Hofton said the old estate agents’ adage of “Location, location, location” being the prime factors in a development’s success had once again proven true.

“It is popular with the “lock up and leave” older generation who like to spend colder months in the sun, with Birmingham International Airport just a short taxi ride away.
“And for the business person with interests both in Birmingham and the capital, train times as low as 1 hour 35 minutes into London Marylebone are also a significant attraction.”
He said that first time buyers were further attracted by the fact that Help to Buy is available and prices range from £162,500 to £385,000. Apartments still available include studio, one bedroom and two bedroom options.
Julia Evans, of selling agents Smart Homes, said apartments at Princes Gate were being snapped up and interested buyers should not hesitate as they expect to see accelerating interest in the development now that interested buyers can see what has already been delivered.
