The corporate and employment teams at Thursfields Solicitors have advised Worcestershire-based creative communications agency DRPG on its latest acquisition.

DRPG has bought London-based screen content agency A-Vision which provides film and video, production and digital services to clients including Apartments.com, CoStar Group and Avaya.

Gareth Burge, director and head of corporate at Thursfields, said: “This is a key strategic acquisition for DRPG. With a team of ten people, and 80% of A-Vision’s business in the USA, this will complement the opening of DPRG’s new offices on the East Coast later this year.”

Thursfields’ team included Mr Burge and solicitor Joe Rollins from the corporate team, with Helena Morrisey, director of employment and HR law, advising on employment issues. The A-Vision deal, for an undisclosed sum, is the latest in a series of acquisitions Thursfields has advised on for DRPG.
