Birmingham estate agency Davidson Estates has appointed two of its longstanding associate directors as partners to assist with the company’s continuing growth.

The two new partners are Melissa Petros and Andrew Love, and they officially take up their new positions from January 2023.

Both will now have shareholding interests in the company and will become responsible for all staff, ensuring that the firm’s targets, policies and processes are adhered to.

Ben Davidson, the founder and managing director of Davidson Estates, said: “I am delighted that Melissa and Andrew have both agreed to step up to becoming partners at the firm.

Ms Petros who is now in her 11^th year at Davidsons and is the head valuer for the company, said: “I am thrilled to have become a partner at Davidson Estates and am looking forward to continuing to contribute to the company’s success in 2023 and beyond.”

Mr Love, who is in his 7th year at the company and runs the property management, lettings and sales departments, said: “This appointment is a great moment for me and reflects just how closely Davidson Estates operates as a team at the most senior levels.”

Davidson Estates focuses on properties in the city centre, Edgbaston, Harborne and other plush suburbs. Their new homes department is nationwide with thousands of apartments and houses to sell.

The growing demand for city centre living saw the company open its new office last year at 102 Colmore Row, in the heart of the professional business quarter.

This expansion and the reopening of its head office at 14a Frederick Road in Edgbaston resulted in the creation of several new jobs.

Established by Mr Davidson in 2009, Davidson Estates made its name as the leading independent agent covering Edgbaston before spreading its wings across the city.
