The achievement took place at the prestigious Best Estate Agents Guide 2024 awards gala dinner, the highlight of the EA Masters event held in London.

Beating 13,080 estate agency firms nationwide, Nicol & Co. emerged triumphant, highlighting the firm’s excellence within the property sector.

The victory extended beyond this top accolade. Nicol & Co. went on to achieve a hat-trick, securing the titles of “Best Sales” and “Best Sales & Lettings” in the 2-5 Office categories.

Judges recognised the firm’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service, expertise, and industry standards.

Furthermore, the agency has launched a captivating social media video campaign named “Why Worcester,” with editions highlighting “Why Droitwich” and “Why Malvern.” The campaign shines a spotlight on local businesses, inviting their founders to share their stories and express their deep connection to their towns and communities.
