Leading Worcestershire estate agent Nicol & Co has headhunted an experienced sales progressor to join its team in Droitwich.

And Chloe Faizey immediately hit the deck running by successfully exchanging on seven deals in her first week at Nicol & Co.

Miss Faizey joins Nicol & Co from Move Property Sales and Lettings, where she was head of sales progression, and she has previously worked for independent agents Arden Estate Agents and Andrew Grant, amongst others in the property sector.

Miss Faizey’s recruitment has taken Nicol & Co’s staff numbers in Droitwich to eight, while the company now employs a total of 38 across Worcestershire, which include its Worcester and Malvern offices.
